By luck, an accident bred the Burmilla. Baroness Miranda Von Kirchberg of the United Kingdom purchased Jamari Sanquist, the male Chinchilla Persian kitten. Before she could have him neutered, he mated Bambino Lilac Fabergé, the lilac Burmese female.
